Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging free from any smells.
How do I exchange/ return my item?
To start an exchange or return you can contact us on Instagram @officialdippedinpink or on email dippedinpink@outlook.com and let us know what item you want a refund/ exchange for and why. We will then send you details of the address you need to send the item(s) back to. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted. Once we have received your return we will inspect the item to ensure it is eligible. If accepted you will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving it. If you requested an exchange then your new item will be sent within 5 working days.

Please note we do not provide pre-paid returns labels so if you wish to exchange/ return your item you need to follow the above process. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning/ exchanging your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you use a tracking service when sending items back to us as we are not responsible if we do not receive your return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it for you straight away.
